1. Slowly turn the pressure adjustment knob until the nozzle extends and begins spraying your backside.
2. Next, move your body around slightly to make sure you clean all over. Ladies: make sure you spray from front to back.
3. After a few seconds you will be clean! Dry yourself with a few squares of toilet paper or a dedicated towel.
4. Turn the selector knob to "Self Clean" and use the adjustment knob to spray the nozzle. Your bidet is clean and ready for its next use!
