Regular Priced Merchandise

Bidet Pros will gladly accept returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned bidet in USD and will not expire. To initiate a return, please email support@bidet-pros.com.

Please Note:

• Returning items are not eligible for refunds.

• All orders are subject to 2-3 business days of processing time before being shipped out.

• All returns must be sent back in their original condition.

• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.

• Original shipping fees and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon return.

• Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.

Sale / Discounted Merchandise

All site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases are FINAL SALEand items purchased during these periods are not eligible for exchange or gift card.

At Bidet Pros we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please email, DM, or call us before you order.

Bidet Pros is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered.

Bidet Pros never charges for shipping. Orders are processed within 2-3 business daysof purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. This can range from 3-6 business days.

We currently ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii within 3-5 business days.

Bidet Pros offers a free one year warranty with all bidets. Just reach out if you ever have any issues and we will walk you through the warranty claims process.
